| Order Notification and Acceptance
When you make a purchase with EleganteOnline.com, you will receive an automated email notifying you that your order has been registered in our Customer Service system and is in Pending status awaiting processing. This email notification will assign you a unique, Order Number and will list the items that you have purchased and the purchase amount along with all applicable shipping charges. Please review your order information upon receipt of this email and contact us if you have any questions or need to make any changes to your order. For your convenience, please save or print this email message containing your order number. Your order number is the key to reviewing your order status on-line. Your receipt of an email or other form of order confirmation does not signify Elegantes acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Elegante shall have the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Order Processing
When our Customer Service department receives your order, it is reviewed for accuracy and communicated to our warehouse and/or to our brand-name manufacturers to verify that the items in your order are in-stock in the quantity and style that you have requested. If your order requires a deposit, the deposit amount will be charged at this time. At this point, you will receive another email informing you that your order has been moved to Confirmed status. This email will also contain information regarding the estimated lead-time for your order. When our Customer Service department receives shipment confirmation from the manufacturer or from our own warehouse, your order information will be upgraded to Shipped status. Please note that the shipping or delivery time from our warehouse to you (or from the manufacturer to you) is in addition to any product lead-times noted.
If the manufacturers inform us of a change in the availability of any of the items in your order, you will be notified immediately by e-mail. We regret that such changes can cause delays in your estimated shipping time. While Elegante is not responsible for changes in our manufacturers� inventories or production times, our Customer Service staff will work closely with the manufacturers to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Some of the products offered for sale at Elegante are kept in stock at our warehouse while other items are made-to-order by our brand name manufacturers. If you cancel an order for an in-stock item before it ships from our warehouse, there will be no cancellation fee. Any deposit that was placed on this in-stock item will be refunded to your credit card.
If you cancel an order for a special order product within 48 hours, there will be no charge for the cancellation. Any deposit that was placed on this special order item will be refunded to your credit card within 24 - 72 hours of notifying Elegante of your cancellation. |
